7-9pm, but I'll be there a bit early. Everyone is invited. We'll bring extra boat junk to possibly swap out in the parking area if it ain't rainin'.

Since I can't edit the title of the previous thread I thought I'd start a new and improved one.

The Kensington Circus is a great English-style pub food and ales. We can get a designated driver to shuttle us down the hill to El Cerrito BART.

Those guys in the Midwest are really organized with the whole EBS thing, so I'll copy their methods:

No worries. Unless this one ends up with fisticuffs or hair-pulling, I expect we'll have more of 'em...

Unless? Heck, those are perfect reasons to get together as often as possible!

I'd love to be there except the airfare is beyond me at the moment or so the Minister of Finance informed me with a scary scowl on her face. Have a great time and don't lose the BBQ. Barney

I'm hoping to be there. It will be good to put faces to names.

Excellent! Now as long as those two rascals from Sac make it over, we should have a great evening.

I've dug through the shop...er...garage and picked out a bunch of stuff that I can live without for the swap meet outside at our cars. Some bronze too big for my boats, a tanbark sail likewise, plus other debris from the bottom of the barrel.

Don't call my cell as most of my company got laid off today, and it was a work number. Wife's cell = 510.604.6060

See some of you there tonight!

Okay... so that's how it's going to be... calling us rascals but depending upon us to make it a great evening! I don't know if I can handle that kind of pressure... what kind of beer to they serve? :)

See you about 7.

Bob

We hoisted quite a few brews, consumed lots of fried English-style pub food, and managed to foist...er...trade some hardware amongst the group.

Looks like I missed a good time. My poor old beater pickup decided to get hot on I-5 and start smoking. I'll be up for the next one though.

I had a good time. Good company, good food, good beer... and some really cool boat stuff. Well worth the drive. Looking forward to the next EBS. :)

All that means is you either need to add more oil.....or more water.
Keep driving.:D:D

Had a good time. Got rid of some stuff. Got some stuff. Drank some stuff.

Thanks again to Steve and Bob who each drove a loooong way for a few beers!

I need to hang with a different crowd. No one wanted to take any of my junk off my hands! :D

We wanted your stuff, Steve! Must have got our wires crossed, as we stood around in front of the pub for 10 minutes or so and waited for ya to come back with the goodies. I even trotted/wove my way down the street and hollered a few times...

banjoman,

I managed to boil the water and the oil! Oh well, that's why I have two trucks.

Thorne,

I'll make the next EBS. Whenever ya want to set one up.
