Does anyone know if this boat is an original Alden design or if it was built off of one of his other designs?

The ship is called Sea Era, I'd love to see some plans for her. Seems like a perfect sized cruiser.
Edit: Fixed the link.

Original Alden plans and other information can be purchased from http://www.aldendesigns.com/registry.html if you can get some more details about this boat to properly identify it.

Eight years ago, my daughter Jennifer owned the 44'4" Alden Ketch "Truant".
The boat was moored in Cabo San Lucas after returning from Europe. Due to the need of extensive repairs, Jennifer sold the boat. After the sale we lost track of "Truant".
There was one other 45' Alden Ketch which was "Malabar XII". "Malabar XIII" was a slightly larger version and, to my knowledge, the last of the series.

Get ahold of the book, "John Alden and his Yacht Designs." It has a list of most all the Alden boats built, design numbers and all that. Lots of lines drawings, too. You might as well buy the book, since you've already got the boat!
