A friend found this boat on Ebay: http://cgi.ebay.de/Tolle-britische-Zweimastjolle-im-klassischem-Design_W0QQitemZ110312357399QQcmdZViewItemQQptZSeg elboote?hash=item110312357399&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=72%3A1231%7C66%3A2%7C65%3A12%7C39%3A1%7C 240%3A1318#ebayphotohosting

Looks interesting and in good condition. Says it's hull No. 16, but what is it?
Auction ends tonight, so timely advice is appreciated.

The Casco Bay 16 was designed for Maurice Byrne of the Boatyard Upstairs

It looks like a lovely boat. Today, in the US, it'd cost at least $15,000 to have it built. The current bid of about 1,000 Euros is a steal.

The design is similar to Garden's Eel, but a bit smaller. It'd be worth buying the plans just for the rudder and centerboard details.
