OK, so those off you who saw the Pirate ship on Ebay a few months ago will be happen to know that it is currently hauled out at Georgetown Yacht Basin.
It is at the far end of the storage yard, and was never powerwashed so the smell is... fragrant.
The largest barnacles on the bottom that I saw were 1 1/4 inches in diameter. That's always a great sign.

Mine the garboards for teredos. They are supposedly the tastiest of the clams.

Can you get a picture? If its the boat I'm thinking of, there is quite a story behind it.

I can get a picture or two or 12.
I can't imagine there is much of a story... It looks like a (dare I say it) bastardized George Buehler design. They call it 75 feet... Looks more like 60. 75 must be the sparred length.
The port on the transom is Nanticoke, md.

I have some pictures of this creature. It has a sign on the side that has her listed at $49,000 through a brokerage of some sort.
