We've gotten one quote and are still waiting for another...

Seem to be slower than pouring molasses in the winter...

Alaska was not on their choices for state nor was a wooden boat over 28 feet....

Spindrift, you might try Rich Haney at (I think) General Insurance in Seattle. He has been connected with sailboats for years and years. And since he is in Seattle, he may be more comfortable with covering a boat in Alaska.

Don't have a number right at hand...if you can't find the number drop me a note and I am sure I can get it.

Look on the bulletin board in the washer/dryer room in Pelican , or call Janet and ask her for 'Frank the insurance guy's' phone number. If he can carry you, he's reasonable, but if not, he's rather quirkey. (probably best not to mention us, as he's been troublesome for us, but that's due to what we do with Royaliste, not the boat. He also has no connection to ORCA and us.....)
