Looks like the deal of the year -- but I'm having a hard time beleiving those photos are all recent given the boat's age.

That boat has been for sale for a while. If you are interested go see her. Don't be afraid to offer what you can afford, within reason.

If the photos are recent, she looks clean and well cared for. It's in Florida and there is no mildew in sight! The scary bit is "The exterior hull, decks,cabin and hatches are covered with glass cloth and epoxy."

It's strip-planked, yes? If so, glass over seems OK. I'd be more worried about what looks to be dry stack exhaust. And the porta-potty seems odd and cheap.
But certainly looks to be a nice boat, and the price doesn't seem out of line at all...
