Hey I am not affiliated with this boat in any way, but I keep seeing it pop up here in Spokane on CL regularly. Not being able to have anything with a draft over 2', Im out on this one, but someone should at least have a sniff.

Is it usual on a Folkboat to have a knee-knocking traveler right in the middle of the cockpit?

It is nowadays. The original just had a post in the middle of the cockpit but for a long time owners and designers have been putting these travellers in because they improve the ability to tune the main so much. I hate them and don't have one on our boat (I use a preventer arrangement on each side to pull the boom down when running downwind) but for racing, this arrangement seems to be universal.
This certainly looks like a really nice boat and the price looks good to me! Rick

I've been looking at that boat and would buy it except need to sell my condo first. Anyone interested in 518 square feet of vintage studio in Seattle?

10,000 for a folkboat mast?... holy c!
She certainly look like she is worth the money. She should stay up in that corner of the US where the water is nice and cold, and I hope she finds an appreciative owner.
