22 Square Meter VINST for sale

Anyone know anything about VINST/VINST 2? Apparently VINST S-246 is for sale in WI. See yachtworld listing. I'm interested but can't seem to find too much history other than at 22squaremeter.com where they indicate VINST was sold in 2006 and moved overseas. I could use a little help, as the broker indicated to me the yacht is VINST S-246 (1941) not VINST 2 a Udell build in 1959, which several websites say is located in WI/MI. So I'm really trying to figure out which yacht is laying in WI.

I think there's a thread on this in the squareskerryyachts.net forum. There was some confusion as to whether it was Vinst or another boat but I think that was cleared up. Have a look. It's in the general discussion forum, not the 22 sq forum.
