photo shows collision bulkhead on frame #0. fwd mast step and cabin sole framing and painted bilge. Work has progressed well beyond this now with the fwd cabin almost complete.
I will post the remaining photos provided this post is successful.

Beautiful, Bernadette & David.

Bravissimo!

Where do you plan to sail her when she's done?

Alan, we don't really have any set plans on where we will head to when the yacht is completed. We will probably do a trip up to PNG and back as a shake down cruise. Otherwise we have no plans but there are so many options open to us. David might want to go back up to Singapore/Malaysia (where he is at the moment) where he can get good commercial diving work. We would also like to spend some time cruising the east coast of Australia (it would be a real neat 'showing off' our new boat!!!)and head down as far as Tasmania as there is so much to see and do along the coastline...or...we may head north up to Japan and then on over to Alaska and North America with a return via the Pacific...or...Heck! there are so many choices. All we are certain of; is that we WILL be casting off the lines at some point soon after launching.

I think a vote of those reading this forum would recommend a world tour, including a run down from Alaska, through Panama, up the Eastern Seaboard, a summer in the Great Lakes, and a crossing to Cornwall and other points in Europe.

You'd never have to pay for booze, that's for sure. And there'd no shortage of hands for sailing or repainting duties.

Never mind the coral atolls. We don't live there.
