5000 gallons in the fuel tanks!!
(Probably a misprint ... but a good one. :D Lessee, 5000 gals x 7.15 lbs per gallon = 18 tons of fuel!!)

500 in three tanks is the usual for the Talaria 44. Nice boats for day cruising, but small accommodations for a 44 footer. I have been out on Bob Hinckley's boat.

I have a friend who kept hers at the hinckley yard until she shipped it to Washington state 3 -4 years ago. It was fun to drive .Also a tiny bit odd with the jet drive.kinda squishy handleing but fun. interesting that if you are in an area of running water,,tides etc., you could lock the joy stick in to the GPS on board and she would stay right where you were..the engine would rev up or down in order to keep it exactly where you wanted her to be .Of course ,the craftsmanship was impecable !!
