Hanging Helm Seat

Can anyone help with any photos & or specs for a hanging helm seat similar to the one in the photo below - idea being you pop your head thru the hatch, use your feet to steer & 'swing'.

I did a version of this on a delivery up from Florida but not wanting to make a permanent change and not wanting eyes in the overhead on which to bang my head, I simply lashed each side of the bo's'un's chair to bits of wood that lay fore and aft on either side of the hatch outside.

Perfect. Fast to rig. Adjustable.

Mothercare - never thought of that. Got to be cheaper than the normal boat shop - thx.
