ORIGINAL PINE TAR
THE REAL DEAL IMPORTED FROM SWEDEN
http://www.noxudolusa.com/noxudolstore/ccp0-catshow/PineTar.html
THEY ALSO CARRY "REAL" PINE PITCH
(the hard stuff you melt down)
Comes in Wooden Crates straight from the Motherland
here is another place that sells their stuff:
http://www.solventfreepaint.com/pine-tar.htm (http://www.solventfreepaint.com/pine-tar.htm)
I have used their stuff for YEARS and there is no better. They are the only "REAL" USA Importer of Swedish Pine Tar & Pitch that I have ever found.
You can find other places that put this "Real Deal" stuff in other cans to sell - then print a new label to charge you more......but this is where they buy the peach :) Heh.
They even offer "BLACK VARNISH" for those that do not want to mix for themselves.
My mixture for coating my decks:
1/3 Genuine Pine Tar
1/3 Gum Turpentine (high quality available from them also)
1/3 "Boiled" Linseed Oil (high quality available from them also)
1 Splash of "Japan Dryer" (still takes days to dry)
Hope this helps people, and please do visit my site for the Restoration of the M/V SEAL featured in WB#204 Photos are updated almost daily :)
