Aquarod / TU 15

I'm trying to determine what design changes in Mechanix Illustrated's "Aquarod" (plans now sold by Clark Craft as TU 15) have qualified this 15 foot tunnel hull to be considered "safe" in rough water. I'm considering buying the plans, but the description is sketchy. Any help?

sorry I don't know anything about them but somtimes you can get more info from the editor of a magazine. thay might have got some more info in after the printing but not enough room in the following issue to print it in there any where. I would try to see if thay might know more.
