Does anyone know where I can get plans or offsets for this boat?

It is listed as No. 39.

I found it in "Sensible Cruising Designs" L Francis Herreschoff on page 260.

You need to inquire of the Ships Plans Department, Mystic Seaport Museum. You can find the Museum on the web. They have the LFH plans and are the main source.
