boat storage...non-marine--inside or out

Anyone know of commercial (empty warehouse or yard) or private storage space (farm yard perhaps) that is whitin 30 miles radius of Boston,Ma. that doe'cost an arm or whatever?
Boat is 26 feet...powerboat. Boat would be
worked on 2 or 3 days a week (I am retired)
for 4 or 5 months.

Try Kazmiera Marina in Haverhill. They just built a slew of boat storage building. They have individual bays, but not much power, so if you have high amp tools, you'll probably need a generator
