Anyone know of A.R. True and the rocket centerboard sloop? I've been offered one for free, but it's a project boat. Comments?

I seem to remember seeing an article on Rockets. If it wasn't in WoodenBoat then check Classic Boats out of the UK. I imagine they have a website that should have an index of published articles. If you find it was Classic Boats, e-mail me directly with the issue number and I'll send to you a copy of the article.
