Ah, Maine. Is there any place like it?

Thanks, Dave.

In Maine, you can build a boathouse on the water, but not a garage -- there's a setback requirement for that. So how many "boathouses" actually house cars? I know that some do, and have been built with that in mind. But they still look fine.

Suprising they are still building new buildings with wood-seawater contact like that.
