39th OTTAWA INTERNATIONAL ANTIQUE AND CLASSIC BOAT SHOW

The Manotick Classic Boat Club is proud to announce the 39th OTTAWA INTERNATIONAL ANTIQUE AND CLASSIC BOAT SHOW, the oldest annual antique boat show in Canada, and one of the oldest in North America.

This year, the Show will move from its traditional date (the second Saturday in August) to its new date July 26, 2014 to avoid conflicts with other shows in the area. In addition, the Show, the 39th such event on the Rideau, will be moved to the township Docks and The Shipwreck Restaurant at Rideau Ferry, Ontario (from the Long Island Lock in Manotick), generously supported by the Township of Drummond/North Elmsley, Parks Canada, the Rideau Ferry Yacht Club and the Rideau Valley Conservation Authority.

The Show will feature all types of antique and classic boats, including wooden boats, fibreglass boats, aluminum boats and canvas covered boats in all forms including cruisers, runabouts, speed boats, canoes and skiffs. There will something for everyone at the Show. There will be refreshments and facilities on site.
