These sectional canoes were made of plywood and fiberglass. When it was being carried to the Torch Lake in Michigan, four parts stayed in the trunk of my car and one part in the back seat. It turned into the whole canoe in a couple of minutes before hitting the clear water of the lake. The reason I made these canoes is simple: easy to carry, easy to store, easy to build and most of all with the minimum budget. The longest part of the boat is only 3′ 4″ that does not need a long working table to be built. To make the building process very simple, all walls are designed to be flat.
