Structurally sound, but in need of a new caretaker when we presented her in WB No. 215, the 38′ Lawley power cruiser has been sold.
Tamasese is in process of a full restoration, in a storage building on our property. Per the sellers request, it will remain varnished externally on the wheelhouse, cabin sides, walkways and transom. The hull has been wooded, seams cleared and redone, fared, primed and ready for a paint job before launching. The engine and fuel system has been replaced and the interior of the cabin is in process of being refinished and refitted. The topsides all have at least four coats of man-o-war varnish, some up to seven.
