If you're new to this type of "instant download" system, you have 48 hours to download items once ordered. For more details, take a look at our Directions for Ordering under the FAQs. All of the downloads are PDFs which can be opened with Adode Acrobat. Although you probably already have Adobe's Acrobat Reader, you can download for free at Adobe.com. If you are running Mac's OS Leopard, the PDFs will open in your Safari browser. And, if you are on dial-up, you're fine with the study plans, but the issues are kind of big for that... 30-50mb may take hours and hours, and may just time-out on you. You have our condolences.
