David Smith spent two years building this Sharpie ketch OUTBOUND II, a modification of WoodenBoat plan #42. Launched on June 23, 2003, the hull, cockpit, and cabin are plywood covered in fiberglass cloth and epoxy.
This is my Doug Hylan designed Point Comfort 18, built and launched in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. It’s glass over marine ply to the designer spec with numerous interior changes including solid inwales, a center console , and exotic hardwood fore deck.
This 12'2' sailing trimaran started life as a canoe sometime around 1910. Ron Mulloy of Randolph, NJ obtained the canoe in 2001 and started construction by cutting 5' off the original length, then spent the next 4 summers rebuilding her, and adding kick-up leeboards and rudder.

Matt Gillam and his father worked together for seven years to restore MS KEELY a 1958 Penn Yan Caribbean. They replaced her deck, nearly all of her oak frames, and repaired her gunwales. They also redid her entire interior and gave her a new finish all around.
The MARY OLIVER, built for photographer Amy Melious, is named for the poet, and for all poems inspired by nature. The designer and builder, Martin Herbert, looked hard at the work of J. Henry Rushton as well as commentaries on the type by Iain Oughtred.
