I have owned this Grand Laker for 15 years. After an initial surge of energy where I removing the old fiberglass mat and replaced the inners, outers, stem, transom, deck and a bunch of sheeting, she sat for 12 years.

Skeena is a 20 foot cat ketch rigged trailer sailor. She weighs about 700 pounds and draws 9″ board up and 42″ with the board down. Water ballast adds another 400+ pounds. We sail her on the finger lakes, 1000 Islands and Chesapeake bay with plans for plenty of other spots by trailer.
Rich Gaito is seen here sailing JAYLENE KERR off Merchant Island, just south of Stonington, Maine. JAYLENE KERR is a Joel White Shearwater design (16' x 53" beam) that Rich built during the winter of 2001-2002. He used plywood lap construction on laminated frames.
Victor DiNovi writes "KELEKA is a four-person outrigger canoe made in the Hawaiian tradition. She is strip-planked in Philippine mahogany with 10 oz. glass covering, and carbon fiber unidirectional diagonals on the interior for longitudinal stiffness.
Lee Sandifur built KARI-SAN (15'2" x 4'10") from plans by Samuel Devlin using stitch-and-glue construction. He launched her in Olympia, WA on August 18, 2001. She carries a 13' long mast, which he built of Alaskan cedar.
I designed and built the cradle boat Li’l Longship for my soon-to-be-launched grandson. With her bold, sweeping hull lines and imposing figureheads I’ve tried to capture the spirit of the classic Viking Longship.
Ted Jones of Gundalow Boat Shop in Ossipee, NH designed and built this 11'6" dory skiff BANNITO for his son and grandson. She was launched in September 2002 on the Sakonnet River in RI. Her hull is okoume plywood with epoxy and Dynel. She is based on his earlier design, the DORITA dory.

Boat was restored 10yrs ago whilst in the USA.
The Sinne 610 is an expedition rowing boat designed by Ruud Van Veelen and built by Walter Baron of Old Wharf Dory Co. This is the second boat built to these lines, and the first in North America. It is fully decked, with lots of covered storage.
Built by Richard Cottreau. Heavily constructed. 60-hp Honda, very low hours.
Would make a great lake boat or for your children, low draft.
