In June of 2020 Martin Herbert and David Seager launched KIKI and SLICK, two International One-Metre radio controlled sailboats. These slender yachts, 162mm wide, were designed and built by Martin.

Morgan Sheasby built this sailing catamaran over 18 months in shop in Brooklyn, New York.
After 15 years of on-again, 0ff-again building, EILEEN was launched on Blue Bill Cove in Rhode Island. Built of cedar strips with an oak keel, she's a 14′ centerboard sloop with a gunter rig, designed by Tony Dias, and built by Jim Lengel of Cedar Cove Cottage.
William Leake likes the look of strip-built canoes but his wife prefers the look of lapstrake canoes. He thought a hybrid model—strip-planked on the bottom half and lapstrake above that—might be the solution to both of them getting what they want.
The Drift Boat was built from dimensions and plans in Roger Fletcher’s Book, Drift Boats and River Dories. Its design is by Woody Hindman in the 1930’s, a Double Ender with Transom.The hull’s sides are made from Cedar Strips as (normal construction is from Marine Plywood).
Eric Weissberger and Scott Lloyd built this Karl Stambaugh–designed weekend skiff in somewhat more than that weekend, actually it was more than a year. VERBOATEN was built from the plans using stitch-and-glue methods on okoume plywood, and then giving the hull 3 coats of epoxy. Eric plans to us
SPLENDOR is based on the saveiros design (from saveleiro, used on the rivers of Portugal to fish for savel/shad). For Brazilians, saveiros are used not only for fishing but to transport merchandise and passengers.
Rich Hanenburg dedicated more than 5000 hours over 6 years to the construction of his 28' Nordcoaster called HOHUM. The hull and cabin are made from plywood, with framing in mahogany, fir, and oak; then Rich covered the entire boat with fiberglass and epoxy.
EMMELINE, named after the courageous UK political activist Emmeline Pankhurst, was built by Robert Stumm primarily for his recreational rowing pleasure.
“Sea Shadow,” Canada’s first St. Ayles skiff, was launched on June 1st. Twelve friends from the Bay of Quinte region in eastern Ontario started the project at the beginning of January. Most of the group knew their way around a woodworking shop and a few had prior boat building experience.
