15' Salisbury Point Skiff for Rowing/Sailing

15’ Salisbury Point Skiff from Lowell’s Boat Shop in Amesbury, Massachusetts. Built along traditional dory lines, with narrow flat bottom, rounded sides, and canted stern. Cedar planks on oak frames with mahogany trim, seats, etc., and bronze fastenings. Removable floorboards, aluminum centerboard, and tanbark spritsail. Bottom and lower strakes are encased in fiberglass and epoxy. Great for rowing or sailing on inland lakes and protected coastal waters. (I used it to cruise and camp among the Maine islands.) Comes with two pairs of oars; can be rowed solo or tandem. Spent most of its life indoors and is in very good condition. Built in 1981 and just recently refurbished/repainted. Trailer included. This is a rare, beautiful and exceptionally well made traditional boat.
