1934 Herreshoff Fishers Island 23. 2015 restoration by IYRS in Newport, RI. Ballast up restoration including many new oak frames and mahogany planking, new deck, new spars, new running and standing rigging, and new Nat Wilson sails. The boat has been sailed very little since the restoration and won its class in the 2022 Eggemoggin Reach Regatta. In 2018 the boat received all new bottom and topsides paint, new varnish. “CHANCE” is in Bristol condition and is a real “headturner”. “CHANCE” is now being stored indoors in Rockland, ME and can be easily seen.  Price $43,000 OBO.
