I am selling our 1956 Chris Craft Sedan Cruiser with Fly bridge that I purchased through Moe’s Marine in Vermillion, OH from an owner that had done a ground-up restoration sparing no expense. Estimates are he invested approximately $90,000 in the boat. I moved it from the Great Lakes to our house on the fresh water Lake Gaston in North Carolina where we have had it for the past five years. The engine was recently overhauled and it runs great. It needs some outside cosmetic work — bottom paint, brightwork and the teal paint on the canvas, but otherwise is in great sound condition. Right now it’s in my airplane hangar in Richmond, Virginia. It comes with a custom made LoadMaster trailer built specifically for the boat. I just put $28,000 in the boat overhauling the engine and replacing the battery conditioners, shore power wiring, etc. I am willing to sell it for less than $28,000, as I know it needs some cosmetic work.
