Built by Henry C. Grebe & Co. in 1963, SEQUOIA II is a solid, well-constructed classic in need of a complete refit. Hauled November 2018, her double planked mahogany hull was found to be in excellent condition. Her twin 453 GM diesels have less than 20 hours since a rebuild and she has two new aluminum fuel tanks. Her interior is largely intact, needing cosmetic attention and some carpentry. Her teak decks, wheelhouse and cabin sides need repairs. Her masts, removed 2013, will require refitting. Rigging and sails are complete. SEQUOIA II would make a luxurious cruising home for anyone with the expertise and resources to restore her. Listed at $20,000.
