She's FREE to anyone who can take on the project. Beauty is currently at Spaulding Boatworks in Sausalito (SF Bay Area), out of the water. Engines and tanks were removed and sent to recycling (Both engines had their heads off and were salted over when I began looking at her.

Alita is a Sparkman & Stephens yawl (design #1245-S), built in 1962 by Astillero Bottini in Montevideo, Uruguay. She is 39′ 7.5″ long, with a 11’3” beam and 22,000 lb displacement. Her draft is 3’11” (centerboard up) and 8’ board down.
Second owner. Professionally rebuilt and refinished inside and out, complete with all original hardware and power. 135-HP model M Chris-Craft flathead 6. New chrome, glass, upholstery, gas tank and plumbing. Converted to 12 volts. Engine completely gone through and runs extremely well.
16 ft. Adirondack guide boat built to plans of Dwight Grant, Boonville NY. Plans are of DGs "Ghost" provided by the Adirondack Museum. Boat is in excellent condition and water ready. Included are 8 ft. guideboat oars, carry yoke and removable center seat with fold down backrest.
Beautiful Swiss Staempfli Sculling Single from 1976. Classic lightweight rowing / racing shell in Spanish Cedar in near perfect original condition. As published in The WoodenBoat Magazine, #134 January/February 1997 in an article “The Call of Wooden Racing Shells”, by Daniel J Boyne.
Built by the Burr Bros in 1960, this 36' beauty with a 10'9" beam was restored over seven years and includes (from 2014) completely new interior, new wiring, new mast, new Beta Marine 25, new sails and refastened below the waterline in 2022.
Self built, original Newfound Boat Works 10’ plan extended to 12’. Extension creates greater buoyancy, and smoother tracking - a pleasure to row! Two rowing stations. Fiberglass over red and white cove and bead cedar strips. West Systems epoxy and Epifanes varnish. Ash gunwales, cherry seats.

36' Crocker designed ketch for sale. This beautiful boat was built by Paul MacKay Stroud in 1946 in San Francisco, and remained in the Bay Area until about 25 years ago. She has actively cruised the West Coast, including Mexico and BC.
All wood cold moulded mahogany hull. 400 hrs on engines, seakeeper stabilizing, striped all varnish down to bare wood, sealed all bare wood, applied 12 coats of varnish and 6 coats of clear. All auxiliary systems serviced April 2023. Major price reduction to move vessel quickly.
