SHADOW of Gig Harbor, Wa USA. Maiden voyage April 14th, 2024. For his 3rd wooden boat build Stewart Nelson chose the SQUIRT, a Glen L. Design. The 10′ craft is outfitted with a 15hp outboard motor. You’ll see this Plywood and Doug Fir frame vessel following close in the shadows of craftsmans previous build the Lisa Rose; a 16′ Tug Along, featured in WB Launchings Edition #279. Stew chose the squirt design as his latest build because of it’s small size to share with his grandchildren.
