SILENT MISTRESS

Since Geoff Shallard spent two years living in the basement with his Henley 18, his wife named the new boat SILENT MISTRESS. Geoff used balsa composite panels in the stitch-and-glue construction. She is powered by an electric outboard motor. Geoff calls the design "a marriage of a classic English river launch design with state of the art construction and propulsion."
