1940s Grand Laker

I have owned this Grand Laker for 15 years. After an initial surge of energy where I removing the old fiberglass mat and replaced the inners, outers, stem, transom, deck and a bunch of sheeting, she sat for 12 years. With help from my 16 son this summer, we refinished the inside again, re-canvased it and relaunched it up up in Temagami, Ontario Aug 6. With the 1968 Evinrude 4 HP engine she runs at 10mph and allowed the family to get within 10 feet of a group of Loons who just stared at us and whistled as we went by....
