The Mini Vee is a simple-to-build v-bottom racing boat designed for APBA Mini GT and GT Pro racing. Also an excellent high-performance boat for the non-racer and a great boat building project for an individual or the whole family.
Lapstrake is a forgiving building method. The overlapping spruce planks allow for a little error when installing, which gives the classic canoe an extra layer of peace of mind when you’re on the water.
The Solo Day is simple. She’s light, easily carried, and not for the fussy. Best results will be obtained if the builder can curtail the urge to use fancy marquetry, or exotic woods.

Skana is a single cockpit, wood strip kayak designed for multi-day use. The design is 17'4 in LOA with a max beam of 24". It has moderate rocker with average volume.
The lines for this canoe were taken from an original ‘Huron’ built in cedar/canvas by the Peterborough Canoe Company. It was a second grade model in a series of Cruiser canoes that measured from 16′ x 33″ to 18′ x 37″.
