The CS-21 was inspired by the iconic Harkers Island style work boats. This center console design features the famous Carolina flare and a modified V bottom shape for a comfortable and stable ride while maintaining a spacious interior.
The Sail kit allows you to transform the canoes NINFA, NAIADE and ONDINA, in small sailing trimarans for coastal cruising with minimal efforts.
This design has a built-down keel to provide a deeper bilge, a centerboard housed entirely within the ballast keel, and a straight sheer.
Construction: Strip-planked over bulkhead / frames
Lofting is required.

Our Deben Class designs are inspired by the original Deben 4-tonner, which my father commissioned from W. M. Blake in 1936 and the Deben 6-tonner, designed by my father in 1950. At least 35 of the 4-tonners and 3 of the 6-tonners were built between 1937 and 1960.
The idea behind this design was to see how much boat can be squeezed out of a single sheet of plywood 4x8′ (1220 x 2440mm). The resulting boat is suitable for kids to paddle on ponds or very small lakes.
The Solo Quick blends efficiency, weight carrying capacity and beauty. Paddlers will find that her lean entry and minimalist profile make for a surprisingly quick and versatile hull.
