The lines for this canoe were taken from an original ‘Huron’ built in cedar/canvas by the Peterborough Canoe Company. It was a second grade model in a series of Cruiser canoes that measured from 16′ x 33″ to 18′ x 37″.
The SAMPAN 36 HOUSEBOAT is a simple, pragmatic floating home suitable for a couple with a child. It is self-contained and intended for use in a marina or at anchor. It may employ an outboard motor, or simply be towed to a semi-permanent mooring.
Tom Cat is a shoal draft catboat of plank-on-frame construction, but strip construction would do as well.
Lofting is required.
Sail area is 120 sq. ft.

Our Deben Class designs are inspired by the original Deben 4-tonner, which my father commissioned from W. M. Blake in 1936 and the Deben 6-tonner, designed by my father in 1950. At least 35 of the 4-tonners and 3 of the 6-tonners were built between 1937 and 1960.
Silver Thread is a replica of a Cornish lug and mizzen used in the inshore fishing and as tender to larger vessels within harbors. The original boat, Summer Haze, was built in Padstow around 1908.
This 14′ pulling boat was inspired by the Typical Whitehall Designs uses as work boats of the harbors of New York a century ago. Altered to be more of a recreational boat, you will find that pulling the oars on this boat is a delight.
Everyone from Louisiana seems to remember that cypress pirogue boat Pawpaw kept in his barn. Cypress pirogues have since become a relic of the past. Pirogues are flat bottom boats designed to paddle shallow swamps and marshes.
With a length of 6′-6″ (2m) “Dingo” is our shortest boat weighing only 28lb (13kg). Easy to car top, easy to take to the water and back, easy to launch from the mothership without breaking your back. With a beam of 4′ (1.20m) the boat is stable enough to stand up in.
