Fourth sharpie built from the lines I took off a Briggs built sharpie in Westport Point Mass in 1987. ALDEN TEEL, named after my father, A.T. Ring, was started in 2012, but not completed until 2024.

I built this slightly stretched version (9 1/2 to 11 ft) of Paul Butler’s Montana Pram for my son, his wife and 2 daughters (2 and 7) exploring for ducks, frogs, and adventure on a small pond adjoining their back yard. We launched it on my granddaughter’s 7th birthday in July 2024.

Stonewall Boats of Westport Massachusetts has launched "Honey Bee". Stonewall's 4th hull and 3rd of the "Honey" design. Honey Bee was built for John McDonald of Vineyard Haven Massachusetts. McDonald is a long time lover and owner of wooden boats.

Originally kept and sailed on Nantucket for many years, later she sailed on the Hudson River in New York, followed by a lengthy stint at Pleasant Bay on Cape Cod.
