Rocking the Boat Whitehall Award

The Whitehall Award, a cocktail reception and silent auction, is Rocking the Boat’s annual spring fundraiser. Honored in 2016 will be Gwen and Austin Fragomen. Proceeds benefit Rocking the Boat’s boatbuilding, rowing, sailing, and environmental programs in the South Bronx.
