1885 cutter revival
This is the launch of my cutter based a design by C P Kunhardt from 1885. I trimmed the fantail off the original design and reduced the deck length from the original 17', to 14'. The finished boat will have a cutter rig and bowsprit, a single berth, a writing desk, and a small galley forward. Construction took about 5 years at a very leisurely pace. Materials are ordinary lumberyard quality.
