MISS CANADA

Bruce Lee writes of his newly built Arch Davis design Penobscot 14, "I built the boat in British Columbia, Canada before moving Sydney, Australia where I continue to do business as Lee Wooden Kayaks Canoes (Winner of Best Small Boat, Vancouver Wooden Boat Festival, 1999). Now after moving 13, 000 miles and with great joy - I have finally launched her on this side of the Pacific. She was christened MISS CANADA (as in missing Canada!). She is constructed of 1/4" lapstrake okoume plywood and epoxy with ash gunwales. I have also built a hollow mast, boom, and gaff to go with tanbark sails."
