Hull fastened with galvanized boat nails and #16 galvanized wood screws.

Southern Grace has an hydraulic windlass, 60 lb. CQR anchor with 200 ft. 3/8 in. chain. Mast and boom, mainsail and jib. Large stainless steel dinghy davits. Two large berths in cabin below with enclosed head. Pilot house has two berths, galley with sink, two burner propane stove, and refrigerator freezer.

Navigation equipment includes Garmin chart plotter, Garmin depth

sounder, VHF radio, radar, steering compass.
