Herreshoff H-31 Cat Ketch sv/Dovetail

Halsey Herreshoff designed this beautiful cat ketch built in 1982 with an all wood Honduran pine interior, sleeps 5 in an open space salon, Cold molded Mahogany hull, Single wishbone spars, Tiller, Large cockpit, Awl-Grip wrought iron-hull, moondust -cabin top, and off-white cabin sides , boxed constriction mahogany and spruce wooden masts, freshly cleaned cream colored sails from Mack Sails, New Found
Metals Bronze ports w/ screens, Lacquered brass dimmable LED salon lighting, all running lights LED, new interior cushions, Universal 20 diesel, custom canvas cover, Air-head composting toilet, New England ropes Endura and Vintage lines and rigging, No electronics, depth finder only. Simple boat, super easy to sail. I single handed her for thousands of miles up to New England , the Islands and Maine from the Chesapeake Bay for a number of years. We restored every inch of this boat giving it a much earlier look and feel. Dovetail was in the WoodenBoat show in Mystic CT twice. New Survey. 30'10" x 10'4" x 4' draft.
