Are you ready for a challenge?

220 years ago, Joshua Humphreys designed a ship that is now the oldest surviving naval ship in America. Learn his secrets as you examine the science, technology, and engineering behind his success during USS CONSTITUTION Museum’s December School Vacation Week (Dec. 25 – Dec. 31, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.).

Hands-on family programs will test your skills as a shipbuilder while the museum’s newest exhibit, “Forest to Frigate,” will challenge you to design and battle a warship against other family members and visitors.
