The annual Port Townsend Woodworker’s Show features work by master woodworkers from around the greater Olympic Peninsula region including furniture and cabinetmakers, luthiers and instrument makers, boat builders, carvers, sculptors, jewelers and turners.
The purpose of the show is to introduce Port Townsend to the community of varied and talented woodworkers that exists in its midst, and to provide an opportunity for woodworkers to present their work directly to the public in a relaxed and informal setting.
The doors will be open from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturday and 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday. Admission is free.
The show is organized and presented by The SplinterGroup, a loose-knit collective of woodworkers with the mission statement: “Dovetailing two communities – Woodworkers and Port Townsend.”
