MORNING SONG

MORNING SONG is the sistership to Lin and Larry Pardey's TALEISIN and was meticulously built by Kenneth O. Minor over a 25 year period in the foothills of Santa Barbara. It survived two wildfires and is a one of a kind, hand built art piece. The boat was purchased after Ken's death by Armand and Kym Renga, who both had a lifelong love affair with numerous wooden craft.  After Armand's passing in 2024, Kym has assumed sole ownership. She is based out of Channel Islands Harbor and is actively sailing her. Roughly 35 to 40 Bristol Channel Cutters have been built in wood, reports Wooden Boat Magazine (July/August 2017) adding to the unique value of MORNING SONG.
