‘Volare’ comes in two versions. This is the utility version, the console version is available as a separate set of plans. They’re both 15′4″ long and 5′ wide.Her length is that of two sheets of 8′ plywood and she’s built in two halves (bow end and stern end).

The candlefish is a versatile small fishing boat. Originally designed to be a cartoppable fishing skiff for high latitude rivers and lakes, she has also proven to be an excellent yacht tender.
This charming addition to our cradle boat fleet is adapted from a type known as a pram. Prams have transoms at both bow and stern, and are used extensively as tenders for larger vessels because of their roominess in a relatively short length.
Complete with spars and sails. Lying Cape Cod. Last restored c1970. Cockpit and deck are newer.
