Bright Star is looking for a new owner with a passion for wooden boats and a desire to own a classic Herreshoff yacht. True to L. Francis’ original H-28 design, Bright Star was built by Gallart Shipyard in Barcelona, Spain in 1960.

21-foot Beachcomber Alpha Dory. Built by Thames Boatworks (Cyril Thames) in 1986 on Vancouver Island from the plans in John Gardner’s ‘The Dory Book’. Classic construction: Copper fastened, Yellow Cedar on Oak. Yellow Cedar spars. Oak rudder and yoke.
Living by of The Gulf of Finland I wanted to have a small boat that I could easily launch in the spring and take up before the ice covers the sea in the winter. I designed and built the lapstrake boat Kjerstin, named after my grandmother.
19' 7" Runabout, Displacement 2,400 pounds. Built over the past 4.5 years. Built with Douglas fir, western red cedar, Hydrotek marine ply and WestSystem epoxy. Raymarine 9 inch VFD with autopilot, networked with fuel senders and mercury display. Hydro tabs with gyro.
34' gaff rigged lee board ketch, 18" draft, mahogany on oak hull. Sitka Spruce masts and spars, built 1979 in Plymouth, MA. 18 horse Yanmar diesel less than 100 hours. Steel and oak cradle trailer not road worthy R. Harmon & Sons wood dingy tender. Sails by Nat. Wilson- East Booth Bay ME.
