14th Annual Lake Winnipesaukee (NH) Boathouse Tour

Thursday, Aug. 13th, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. (RAIN DATE: Friday 8/14)

Have you ever wondered what’s inside those magnificent or unusual boathouses that dot the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee? Now’s your chance to find out on our Annual Boathouse Tour!

The Boathouse Tour is one of the New Hampshire Boat Museum’s most popular events. Plus, the tour is unique because it’s the ONLY boathouse tour in the country. Each year’s tour includes a variety of boathouses – vintage and new, large and small. All of them have interesting or unusual features. And no two are alike. Each year you will tour a different set of boathouses while you learn their history from our volunteer guides.

Don’t be disappointed. Be sure to purchase your tickets early because tickets sell out fast! Some Boathouse Tour enthusiasts have been known to reserve next year’s tickets right after they’ve completed the tour! Tour tickets also make excellent experiential gifts for holidays or birthdays.

As an additional bonus, your Boathouse Tour ticket will give you free admission to the New Hampshire Boat Museum either on the day of the tour or at a later time. Just be sure to save the ticket to give to our admissions staff.
