MISTY

MISTY is a 19'6" gentleman's runabout, designed and built by Tony Beeftink over the course of two years. Tony spent a lot of time studying classic runabouts as he was designing her, attending boat shows and reading WoodenBoat. MISTY displaces 2600 lbs, and is powered by a rebuilt 1973 Volvo 307, 225-hp engine. Tony used clear cedar planking on her sides and stern, and fir on the bottom, then covered everything with 'glass and epoxy.
