SHADOW of Gig Harbor, Wa USA. Maiden voyage April 14th, 2024. For his 3rd wooden boat build Stewart Nelson chose the SQUIRT, a Glen L. Design. The 10′ craft is outfitted with a 15hp outboard motor.
This Jeff Spira designed Huntington Harbor Kayak was launched at Westlakes, Adelaide, South Australia. It was built by Jeff Rabone in May 2012. The design was modified by double skinning the cockpit floor and adding a keel and some sacrificial timber to the bottom.
This is the 53rd Prides Rock skiff built by the students of Jeremiah Riordon at Landmark School in Prides Crossing, MA. Launched in June 2001, the skiff is 10' long with a 52" beam. Jeremiah Riordon designed this model as an instructional tool.

Jay Eugster writes "Here is a catboat I built in 2004 called COOL CAT, the plans of which were in your Fifty Wooden Boats to Build, it is a 11' dinghy by Charles Wittholz. It is 11' long, 5' beam with the gaff rig and dagger board.
David and Benji Cantera, father and son, asked their friend, John Swain, a shipwright, to design and help them build a 10′8″ skiff, LEAPIN’ LENA. They covered the hull bottom, transom, and deck in marine plywood sheathed with Dynel cloth. They planked the hull in white cedar on white oak frames.
Jack Lightfoot has been busy. He built a Francis Herreshoff/John Gardner pram, then an Iain Oughtred McGregor canoe (15'8" x 33"), and has now started a Phil Bolger dory. Jack writes the McGregor took him six months to build, and that was without using any power tools.
Paul Day of Kalgoorlie, Western Australia, built this folding schooner, Phil Bolger design 268. WALTZING MATILDA is 31 feet long and 5 feet long. Paul reports she planes through the water at a 'scorching speed'. He and his wife launched her on a lake near their home.
