SWEET CECILY
Peter Tomasi helped Harry and Martha Bryan with some painting, and received the plans for this 12' Fiddlehead decked canoe as a reward. He launched the canoe on August 31 at Button Bay, Lake Champlain, VT. He writes that "she is fun to paddle and easy to carry.
TWINKLE
TWINKLE (yup, that’s her name) was conceived on April 15, 2017 and launched on July 30. Her home is Rocky Mount, NC. She is a Chesapeake 17 sea kayak from Chesapeake Light Craft. Made of Okoume marine plywood, epoxy, fiberglass, varnish and more than a little blood and sweat.
Schoodic 17 Canoe
Jim McQuaide and Eric Schade spent August of 2008 building canoes at the Maine Maritime Museum in Bath, Maine. Eric built the Schoodic 14 design, while Jim built a Schoodic 17.
CREUZA DE M+ä
CREUZA DE M+ä was based on the design of a French Gig built in 1796. She is a participant in the international Atlantic Challenge rowing contests, which bring together young people from all over the world for several days of rowing and community on the water.
Nordlund Skiff
The Northwest School of Wooden Boatbuilding, located in Port Hadlock, Washington, launched this Nordlund skiff in December last year. Built by instructor Ben Kahn’s 2013 Basic Boatbuilding Class, it is 11′ long, and weighs just over 100 pounds.
Shearwater Sport Hybrid
Wendy Norwitz took just four months to built this stitch-and-glue Shearwater Sport kayak created by Chesapeake Light Craft.
Daisy Skiff
Jack Farrell launched this Daisy skiff at Star Island, Isles of Shoals in New Hampshire, last summer. Students at the WoodenBoat School built the boat about ten years ago. One class member won the boat raffle and took it home to his home in New Jersey, where he planned to finish it off.

17' Whitehall Pulling Boat
Classic 17′ Whitehall pulling boat. Her lines are based on boat nearly 150 years old. Glued lapstrake, planking made of Vendia Marine Plank. She has two Alden Drop in Row Wings and three places for those. So she can be rowed as a double or a single.
